Jimena de la Frontera resale properties

Resale properties at Jimena de la Frontera are not as easy to come by as in some of the other towns in this part of the Costa del Sol. The main types of resale properties in Jimena de la Frontera are townhouses, villas and fincas. For a townhouse you should budget for a minimum of 350,000€.

There is a great choice of resale properties available in La Linea from 2 bedroom apartments overlooking the sea to townhouses in the heart of the town. For a 2 bedroom apartment expect to pay a minimum of 200,000€.

Santa Margarita property resales

Most of the resale properties available at Santa Margarita are from investors that purchased off plan and are now ready to sell their investment. Again being mainly new properties there are not a huge number of resale properties in Santa Margarita. However, with those that do become available you should expect to pay a minimum of 230,000€ for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Alcaidesa resale properties

As with Santa Margarita the majority of resale properties in Alcaidesa are from investors that purchased off plan at the beginning of the development. However we do have access to other resale properties in Alcaidesa too. Expect to pay a minimum of 250,000€ for a 2 bedroom apartment at Alcaidesa.

Sotogrande property resales

Sotogrande covers a large area and there is a huge choice of resale properties available across the whole area. We have access to many resale properties around the golf courses, in the marina and elsewhere in the Sotogrande area. It is difficult to estimate a minimum budget for resale property in Sotogrande as there are so many different types and locations. To be safe we would recommend you allow a minumum of 300,000€.

There is a good choice of resale properties available in the town of San Roque and the outskirts from apartments to detached villas. Expect to pay a minimum of 200,000€ for resale property in San Roque.
