Below are the latest news articles that will have an effect on the property market for this section of the western Costa del Sol.

More visitors are set to arrive in Spain next year with the introduction of more new flights in 2008.

British Airways, although losing it's franchise for GB Airways in Gibraltar is set to provide extra flights from it's London based locations to a handful of destinations including Malaga Airport from March 2008.

In addition there will be additional flights to Alicante giving a much needed boost to tourism in all areas of Spain

Robert Boyle, commercial director at BA, commented: "We are opening up these Mediterranean hotspots with our new flights and are confident that they will be very popular with customers."

New flights to these locations also means good news for property investors in Spain as higher tourism figures means more people looking to rent out properties.
